In February of this year I purchased a Dell 7 Streak T-Moble Tablet. I have had problems from day one with this tablet but never worried cause T-Mobile assured me it just needed to be troubleshooted. I bought it from Hilltop Mall T-Mobile and have return to their store several times complaining the tablet would not turn on. They said oh you just need to troubleshoot it and make sure it's charged fully. I'vd been to the El Cerrto store and the Oakland stores of T-Mobile all with the exact same story. So, after the tablet literally could not turn on for 3 months and talking to customer service several times and it working for the moment or not at all. I finally said please what am I to do with this tablet. T-Mobile is now saying to do the product saying "Dell" I need to call Dell and they will help me even though I purchased tablet from T-Mobile and already being with T-Mobile for years now with my cell phone I thought the tablet would of course work and they could just combine the charges of the tablet with my phone.

It has been a nightmare. Finally Dell after many phones calls and troubleshooting said we'll send you a Fed-Ex box with all the papers needed and you just sign them and put the tablet in box and we will either fix your tablet or send you another one. I received the box two weeks ago before my vacation put the tablet in and sent it to Fed-Ex. Fed-Ex refused the tablet because they stated in would be sent out of the country to Mexico and the papers they gave me was not acceptable for out of the country shipping. I went into El Cerrito's T-Mobile store and spoke with the manager and he stay on the phone for quite sometime finally making a conference call to Dell and Fed-Ex to figure out the problem. Finally Fed-Ex accepted my package. I received the package last Friday, 8th. It was a brand new tablet. It too does not work it work for the night and Saturday morninig fully charged it just bleaks red light and does not turn on. I am in awe of this tablet. I called T-Mobile to at least cancel the services of the tablet $32 a month since it hasn't work for months. Now T-Mobile inorder to cancel you need pay us $200 cancellation fee. Please help me with this nightmare. I've been giving them $32 since February on a tablet that doesn't work and they won't return my money spent on tablet as well.
