I ordered several pieces of what I thought was authentic Pandora jewelry based on the site which stated the jewelry was discounted by 60% but was authentic and had a guarantee. I was under the impression this was truly the Pandora line maybe discontinued items. I ordered over $100.00 in charms and it took 10 days for me to receive them. I opened the package eagerly but when I did the charms were little pieces of foil. My husband even noticed and said how cheap the charms looked since he purchased my original Pandora pieces. I contacted the site at Pandorajewelry-charms.com and informed them how disappointed I was with the items. They apologized and said they could refund me $12.00 although I paid over $100.00 for the items. I am really disgusted with this dealer and their web site is misleading and false. They are using the Pandora jewelry lines name and symbols to lure people in and fool them with this fake knock off jewelry.
