My story is virtually identical to those previously posted in that a USPS package containing a worthless "bugs lock" wrist band was received. The package was sent via USPS Delivery Confirmation so that delivery could be confirmed. I have sent a complaint to PayPal but they have dismissed the complaint as Kelly Mall provided them with a Delivery Confirmation. This has been an ongoing scam as you have noted on this site & PayPal should advise their customers regarding this vendor.
