- segpay is associated with a website called ihookup.com and a couple others www.sweetdiscreet.com - www.xxxblackbook.com - www.blacktryst.com these are all online dating websites and i actually got scammed by one lol... pretty embarassing i know but anyways i was at segway and i tried to get an account.. it said my card was invalid a few times then it said "THEY ARE MONITORING MY IP AND WILL INVESTIGATE".. what a bunch of clowns somebody destroy these fools PLEASE
