Applied for a loan online Tuesday April 4, 2012 with a cash advance company the loan was granted to me. I called the number that was given to me to finalize the tranaction only to find out they had not receive the Ninety-nine and ninety five cent(w $99.95) that had been posted to my account within 24 hours of being approved.The cash advance company explain to me they are not to take funds from anyone account until they have spoken to the customers with authorization,this is a federal law.How do i have my funds replace back into my account this transaction has cause an $169.75 over draft fee.
