Mark Evans, owner of Better Direct, LLC charged me for equipment and then didn't deliver. Took me a long time to get my money back from American Express. He lied and tried to support the charges with false documents.
Watch out for this guy and don't fall for his bullshit story about how he's so ethical and that because he got pulled into Afghanistan he is some kind of hereo. If you're smart, you won't don't do business with this scumbag or Better Direct, LLC.
