I received notice from a bank on an account that I am no longer using stating that I had received a direct deposit in the amount of $300.00. I had no idea what or where the money was from. When I checked the bank I discovered that I had received the deposit from Hydra Fund II. I have not applied for a pay day loan but yet I keep getting calls about them. I have no idea who this company is or even how to contact them so if anyone has a contact number I would appreciate receiving this information. I have received numerous phone calls from payday loan companies and my response is the same "I did not apply for, nor do I want a payday loan" Now, not only am I stuck with a loan I did not want but when they go to withdraw their funds I will be getting charged overdrafts funds as I don't keep a balance in this account.

I did call them and was told that they would reverse the funds. As of yet this has not happen. I let them know that wasn't paying the money and that their scam would be reported and turned over to my lawyer.

They told me that they are going to garnish my waged at 30%.
