I have the same problem as others trying to receive my $99 back. I just wished to register for the site to look at items. I did NOT wish to be charged. My card was charged to just look at items and this is inappropriate and wrong !
I had emailed their staff, yet got only a "I'm sorry, but,,," for their answer.
Their site is confusing and I wish to get my money back. I have never used, nor never gotten my money back. Frustrated and angry.

Do not send bogus emails stating "This is a reminder that @company_name has sent you a settlement offer or resolution request"
I logged into the site and saw nothing for a resolution. Do not be taken by false advertising. I still await my money.
