I purchased Windows 7. The product key didn't work. I contacted them and they gave me a second key. This key wasn't even a valid windows key. I got my tech support involved and she tried every thing that was recommended from this company and others (via Google). She got the same results. She requested a new key and they wanted proof of what we were saying. She sent them copies of the screens. They send a 3rd key and it also wasn't a valid windows key. I requested a refund and they ignored me. I purchased another version of Windows 7 from Discount Mountain 2012 and their product key works just fine. These people have cost me a couple of hundred dollars due to lost time, tech support and the valid version of Windows 7. I don't know why they are still in business - they should be arrested.
