I ordered my dress. The money was taken right away from Xinlonghong Firm. However, I never got a confirmation or ship date. I've sent e-mails & called their consumer phone #. No response from anyone. I've tried live on-line chat & no response. I've now filed a fraud claim with my bank. I get married in 19 days & I have no dress.

Holy crap!That's really a big scam,you should call the bank to charge back,my friend,no worries,im sure you will get the cash back.
Online shopping is always very dangerous and very often you do not know what you will receive or not receive at all.
You have to check every online store before you are doing any purchase. I recommend http://www.kimidress.co.uk/ ,my cousin told me that site,and i've have smooth deal with them. -
