I received a letter from same address as Publishers Clearing House, Kansas City.They ask for $20.00 CAD. I do not believe PCH would ask a current customer for money.The signature was John Winstead. Company name at bottom of prize announcement notification "Opportunities Unlimited Publications Inc. Is this a scam. Corey Herrington, Ontario.
Update: 04/19/2012
I did not reply to this document because I believe it's a scam and they would follow up with another request for money.
