these people (some guy that sounds like he is from India) keeps calling me from this number 305-507-4418 saying that he is a lawyer from this law firm, representing an online loan company, does not state what the call is for, all this guy does is ask for you, tell you, that you are being sued and he filed a lawsuit and threatens to have you arrested. I have contaced the FBI about these people. They told me that they cant do anything about it because I dont have a physical address and they wont be able to do anything with just a phone number >:( so, I had my phone number changed. Then they were harassing me at my job, asking for me and getting rude with my co-workers when I wasnt there for them to speak to. I dont know how they got my bank account number, or ssn or work and home phone numbers. They told me the last 4 digits of my SSN and account number. I got scared and said WTF! How do you know this about me? They said I applied for a loan that went to my ccount (which there was no proof of at all) said that there was a returned fee for insufficent funds and they were looking to get the money back and told me that I had to have an attorney that they could talk to. This is all a bunch of BS and these people need to be tracked down and arrested for FRAUD!!! The only thing I was able to find out about these jerks is that the number that they are calling from is a landline, and they are located in Miami, FL!
