Found them online. Called so I could state exactly what I wanted. I told the representitive exactly what I needed, several times and went over it until I was convinced that he knew what I wanted. I bought an oxygen concentrator and when it came in there was not one thing about it that complied with what I had ask for. I called the next day and ask to return the item and refund my money and was told that the item was non-returnable and non-refundable. Later I found a paper in the box that stated could be returned within 30 days but they still would not comply. I just talked to the company again yesterday telling them that the item was not what I wanted therefore I did not order the item and they still insist the no return, no refund policy which I was not told about when I ordered. If they had told me I could not return, nor get a refund I would not have ordered it in the first place.
