I ordered a pair of shoes on 4/12/2012 and 2 weeks later no shoes and no email from Rios. After finding this website with all these complaints I filed a claim with Paypal. I'm sure I will get the run around from them. I can't believe this guy still has a Paypal account. I pretty much accused Paypal of helping this guy scam more people by not closing his account. Come on Paypal you're either part of the solution or part of the problem...which do you want to be???? I can't wait to see what little trinket I get in the mail so they have proof of delivery! Please post your complaints to Facebook and other sites so we can put this site out of business!
