hi all my fb friends and family do not deal with this company you see we had got a 50 " plasma tv on april 25th 2012 and it only worked for 5 hours and the picture went out we had sound and no picture we call tronix and they said not to have anyone open the tv to see what was wrong but we call LG thats the name brand of the tv and the repair man said they have to replace the whole panel tronix is a rip off please dont believe anything they say they have people recorded on the phone saying how great they are
