Was contacted originally in December by Advanced Merchant Funding to buy their program/license to use their website and resources to refer new business merchants to them for credit card processing and small business loans. Price $495.00. Subsequently Progressive Media Group contacted me stating they were telemarketers working with Advanced Merchant Funding to contact and attract new customers (merchants) to Advanced Merchant Funding using their acquired lists of "qualified" merchants looking for loans of credit card terminals and card processing. I paid $15,000 for their Level One Campaign, with assurances that the worse case scenario would generate $2500 per month to me. I have yet to see one penny. In addition, they referred my name and phone number to a group in New York who contacted me to set up an LLC, in order to "do business the right way." They actually do what they claim to do, but they sell a lot things you don't actually need (especially, since the business I purchased has turned out to be a scam). I have spent additional "thousands" of dollars with them. What they do is max out your credit cards; they even went so far with me as to finance partial payment of one amount that my creditors wouldn't approve. They claim to have a working relationship with Advanced Merchant Funding and Progressive Media Group . . . well, if that's the case why don't they know that it's all a scam? I am 63 years old, unemployed for over a year, and living on social security that doesn't come close to covering my living expenses. Now what little savings I have will soon be depleted within a few months, and I will lose my home and possessions.
