This person scammed us for cruise booking, I have over 30 emails confirming a guranted cruise booking on NCL departing Aug. 13, 2011, but NCL denied any booking or affiliation with Maharaja Cruise. I am not only the one, but there is over 100 people are victims of this crook.

- we were also victim of this scam by rahul mehta from maharaja cruise and have multiple emails promising refund but to no avail. how do we get our money back
