I ordered diet pills from this website. What they sent me was a plastic baggie of chalk dust! I emailed them right away. Their customer service rep "John Walter" apologized and promised a reshipment with in 24-36 hrs. He asked me to take a photo of the "pills" for their claims department. I did that, then emailed him back and asked if he wanted me to ship back the package. He told me "No that due to FDA regulations they could not accept any "medications" back." I was then told I could go ahead & dispose of the "medications" and that they would email my new tracking number of my replacement "medications" shortly. That was the last I ever heard from them. Their phone number listed on the website is fake or non-working. I have been calling and emailing them for over a month now. I am trying to dispute the charge with my Barclays BJ's Visa Credit Card, but they are giving me an even harder time.
