they sell digital software downloads with "genuine" product keys. I purchased win 7 family pack (9/20/11) and pro (9/28/11). Every two months microsoft rejects the code and I am left with :
windows 7
build 7601
This copy of windows is not genuine.
Currently 3 of 4 computers have this problem. My wife's laptop has had it twice. The company is currenly ignoring my requests to fix the problem. They have no posted phone or address.
