My wife and I were at a presentation by Ocean Canyon Properties and the agent really sold us on what this company had to offer. We were told that we can get discounts on cruises, planes, and hotels. We could take advantage of discounted stays at resorts and hotels with the getaways. When we got home, we checked on the prices and the prices were not as good as the agent had stated. The employee gave us their phone number, but we were not able to contact them on their cell phone. When we did contact them, we were told that we could not cancel the contract. We have tried to make the best out of it, but the ICE part that was so attractive is phony. Every time we call to reserve a hotel or resort, it is booked even though it is on the internet available. However, we are asked to spend more money by taking a lifetime membership with ICE. . The only way to redeem the points that were given to us as an enticement, you have to spend money. This is for a person who has a RV. We were led to believe that we would be taking vacations with our grandchildren in places like Orlando, Florida in a condo looking at the animals while on the balcony.
