i bought a magnum 150 rl scooter from american power sports in may of 2011. from day 1 i have had trouble. first the latch on the seat broke. than the gasket on the seat broke. when i bought the scooter they said i would get 100 miles a gallon. it doesn't even come close. now the scooter won't stay running. it will not stay idled. the scooter stops running when i am stopped. now when i turn the trottle to give it gas it will kill. i tried calling don hopper numerous times and his number is disconnected. when i bought the scooter it was supposed to have a 24 month warrenty. the few times i did call him about other things he said that was not covered under the warrenty. now he disconnected his number. i want a refund or a new scooter.
