Beware of World Travel in association with Ultimate Executive Travel. World Travel will redirect your voucher to Ultimate Executive Travel... Both companies are a complete scam!!! We are a family of four. We were told by UET that the free 7 day cruises were for two people, but all we had to do was pay the differance for the other two people. So we paid the activation fee of $198. When it came time to book a cruise we got a quote of over $4000 for a interior cabin... WHAT!!! I said what about two people for free. Their response was the deal does not apply in high season. It was April 1 spring break. I said ok, I will book a later cruise. I told them I found another cruise. This time Oct 1. Completely off season. I got a quote of aprox $3800 for a interior cabin... what!!!! They said this time it was because they don't have cabins for four people at all. I said that "from the beginning I was never told that". In fact I should of been told with my first quote request, or better yet before a paid the activation fee. UET is a complete scam. Rude people once you pay the activation fee,never return calls, on hold for ever, false, misleading statement. As for a refund of the activation fee. It can only be returned in the form of a travel voucher no cash. Here the kicker. The travel voucher can only be redeemed on cruises booked though UET at these highly inflated prices. Why would anyone booked with them after all this drama? BEWARE FOLKS. I feel completely ripped off.
