I did a strand test like the product recommends. I liked the outcome of the strand test, so I decided to use the product on my head. Followed all directions. The directions first instructs you to leave the product on your hair for 8 minutes. Then smooth your hair for whatever time the product recommends for your hair type. Well I didn't even make it to the first 8 minutes, instead I had it on for only 6 minutes, I noticed my hair looked like it was starting to break. I hurried to rinse it and used the shampoo. I lost my hair!!! The product was like putting Nair Hair Removal in my hair. I'm so upset. Had to buy a wig.
