On the 15th of March 2012, I came across and add online from Britensure promising to send a free trial supply that would brighten my smile by whitening my teeth up to 7 shades whiter and all I had to pay was £6.95 for postage.
I was charged an additional £7.95 on the same day and I still up to this day have not received anything. They sent me am email on the 8th May 2012 stating that they had run out of supplies due to the ever increasing demand of their product and that they will post it this week once they have restocked.

After reading these testimonials I became concerned and decided to call the bank to notify them in case CYC*Britensure want to charge me further.

The issue with britesure has been resolved as they have made the necessary amendments.

    I write to state that I have indeed contacted the Britensure customer service department via email and they indeed responded to my complaints on the 16/05/2012 and have positively made rectification for the errors and inconvenience caused. The necessary amendments were made and a desired refund given.

    In light of this rectification I would like to say thank you to Britensure for their honest approach to the situation and for making the necessary amendments. I shall retract my negative statement.
