I had never heard of this company. Suddenly I saw a charge on my credit card. Called the number on the cc charge, the co. who billed is a billing service company and they claim to have given credit which has not showed up for 10 days.
This service company dropped "oodles of mag" since they had a lot of customers complaint about these unauthorized charges.
