The online seller (annasuistore.com) lists designer apparel for less! Sounds great, doesn't it? Looks legit for the most part... but it's really not. First.. most links you click WILL trigger an automatic "pop-up" website for alaherve.com, which is probably another company they own. Then the company gives you a price at checkout that (when viewing your credit bill) is actually 11.00 less than what you end up paying to THEM. Additionally.. for overseas transactions you have to pay an ADDITIONAL 11.00... so it's 22.00 more than listed.

Now, I'll be fair.. the 11.00 for foreign transactions is fair. But not an additional 11.00 to the company as well! They ship your package and don't e-mail you a confirmation receipt as the website claims it will... so you have no order number. Eventually the 3rd party carrier that handles your shipping will e-mail you with your tracking number, and this works fine. Then the package arrives.... IN A SHOE BOX no less! Crumpled up and thrown inside of this smashed looking shoe box is your apparel piece... or is it? They not only send you the wrong item.. but they send you an item that they don't even sell on their website!!

When you go to click "contact us" at the top of the page they apparently only have an e-mail. Questionable.... very questionable.. especially given that most companies (even oversea ones) have 800 numbers. Reading over the FAQ's it specifies to get an exchange for an incorrect item being shipped you must send them a picture of the item you received and state your claim. I did this promptly. I gave them - in full detail - my description of what went wrong and what I needed to be done (an exchange). The reply I received after my e-mail was as follows:

"On May 8, 2012, at 6:25 PM, bizaftersales wrote:

Dear friend,

Hi,thanks for your letter.
sorry,is it not the one that you have ordered?
thanks.

Best wishes

bizaftersales"

If they had bothered to read my e-mail they would've seen in the first - oh, I don't know.. - 6 or 7 words "I got sent the wrong item." Then after I RE-confirm that it was the wrong item they send me a reply asking for a picture of the item (which I sent in the first email as well!) and for my order number. I re-send the picture and then explain to them how they never gave me my order number. They then ask for my e-mail address with which the order was placed. I send that to them and they reply with the following:

"Dear friend,

Hi,thanks,we have fund your order number, your order number is #######.
we will carefully look into this matter, then give you rely asap.
wish you have a happy shopping.

Best wishes

bizaftersales"

3 days pass, and no update. I finally e-mail them myself and ask to check the status of my issue. I get sent a reply saying "we have shipped your order, this is your tracking number:#######" ... it's the same tracking number from the first time they "sent" me my item. I reply to them telling them that I can't believe they expect me to be so naive as to not notice they are giving me a tracking number for the first shipment as if that explains what's currently going on. They ignore my comment and reply with "is the tracking number not working?" .....
..................

I reply explaining to them that it's the same number. I readdress the issue of them not sending me what I ordered and they reply with:

"Dear friend,

Hi,thanks for your letter.
i'm sorry to hear that,as a rule, you must give us the photo of the item that you have received.
At the same time, you can give us the picture and the order number that you have ordered.
so we can check it and give you a reply asap.
thanks.

Best wishes"

....I've done this three times. Still nothing. Finally, I got fed up. I e-mailed the 3rd party company that processed my payment to complain about them. I also reported the company to econsumer.gov, followed by my calling my credit card company to dispute the claim. This company is a scam. Not only are they a scam as far as their website goes, but their "customer service" is just a nascar track.. going nowhere fast! E-Buyers beware! DO NOT shop at Anasuistore.com!!
