I purchased a "brand new Taylormade R11" driver online for $199 plus shipping... The club arrived and looked great. It was well packaged and everything looked fine - I gave it to my son for Christmas. He used the driver about three times, when it literally just disintegrated on him. We sent it back to Taylormade, who told us it was a fraud, and therefore their warranty would not cover the replacement. This company is nowhere to be found - no address, phone number, customer service line - nothing. One wonders whether they are even still in business?? It looks like I got scammed - big time.
