Notice a charge of CNY12.52. A check with my bank, was told it was internet purchase for "speciality retail store" transacted on 21 Apr (Sat) 6.28am. It will cost me more to get the bank to execute a trace to claim back this unauthorised deduction. I guess it is probably what this scam is about - small amount but roll up to significant dollars.
