I paid for minutes that weren't loaded to my phone (Not the first time!!!) I was supposed to get 350 min. and got 60. Now their phone immediately goes dead when you try to contact them, AND there's a message on the top of the website saying they're having "technical difficulties" try back in 24 hrs!! Tried to send them a email at their support site, came back "message refused"!!!! Did the outsourced Indians outsmart the American government and run with our money!?!? Someone please reply and give advice if you got this solved! I have a 2 yr. old son and this phone is my ONLY way to communicate.
Update: 05/24/2012
OK! Here we go again!! added 350 mins., got 100! This the 2nd time in one week! Called them and was on hold for 3 HOURS!, then they hung up! Finally got a human being and they hung up again!! So far they owe me 530 mins!! Who can I call to advocate?!
