I ordered some Benefit Cosmetics from what looked like a US website! Benefit Cosmetics UK. I have recieved fake make-up from China!! Instead of foundation I recieved tiny bottles of what looks and smells like suntan lotion!!! The money was taken from my current account via debit card by Green Excelle!!

I tried to contact the 'company' but they disabled my account on their website and are not answering my emails. They have also since change the domain name of their website. I spoke to my bank immediately and they have cancelled my debit card and the bank are re-issuing a new card to me. My bank can't get involved until 30 days from date of transaction. Then they can get involved and fight to get my money back.

If you have had the same experience with a scam webiste and Green Excelle, please speak to your bank immediately so that you can lock your account. Scammers are know to 'sell' your bank details on!!! Also its worth asking their advice... they can help you!
