I ordered online And it was shipped via clickbank order # ylq5esk,ylq5fe5h,ylq5fenh,ylq5fe65 when I received my order all I got was 4 blank discs.nothing else was shipped. I emailed the company and no response.
I looked online and found there was multiple complaints.

They will help you with everything you need. It is a working disc, it just contains videos in a different format. Now we have a new series available. You may either get a new one for free from the new series, which is more user friendly, or get information on how to use the one in your possession.
