Signed up for "Backstage Pass" discount service, being told I could use the discount once and cancel the next day. Called the next day to cancel, was told my info was not in the system but my request to cancel would be noted. Three months later, find I've been billed every month for useless service. When I called again to cancel, operator was extremely deceptive, touting the virtues of the service and trying to get me to hang up before she had actually canceled.
