After searching for a good deal for a lap top, we decided to purchase one from prefersale.com. WHAT A MISTAKE!! totally got ripped off. Received nothing...and they won't respond to emails or phone calls. The phone # goes no where. The only way they respond is if you ask to purchase more stuff...than they reply within minutes.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!
