We have been scammed by www.fashionstores.com, we submitted claim to PayPal, they refunded one for $53.42 but have refused to refund the $132 claim and closed the case. Ripped off by PayPal as well.

Bought and paid through PayPal as we assumed buyer protection would protect you. Made claims PP-001-761-140-603. PP-001-761-132-559.to PayPal  Both ordered through fashion stores but different PayPal accounts were used by seller.
The First item was signed for at post office was small package sent from Singapore contained pen and no identifying information.  Second package from singapore we photographed at post office as it only weighed 17grams could not possibly be the slippers or coat that was ordered, most likely it was a sponge, this was witnessed by post office employee.  It was returned to sender as we refused to sign for it. We could Not post first item back as it was thrown away as worthless and had no information with it.
I checked out the package return address in Singapore, AIRPAK EXPRESS Empire Techno Centre, but they are just a freight consolidator. The items come from HongKong or China.
