This company have stole ten pounds from my fourteen year olds sons mobile phone. I contacted them and received the height of cheek from a male employee. I complained by email twice and on both occassions they have refused to refund my sons money, leaving him without a penny in his mobile, hopefully he will not need to use it in an emergency, until we have the money to top up again! I am now contacting trading standards about these scammers and advise anyone else who has been stung by this lot to do likewise.
