I ordered some free samples of anti wrinkle creams and paid for the postage through my bank card , I have now found out thant the have taken two payments of £44.33p on 15th aug 2011 ,i have tried to e mail them with complaint as in my eyes this is fraud ?surley no one can just go into your bank and take money out , please advise what i should do ,many thanks

- This has happened to me. Bank told me today as I paid for P&P etc in the first instance, and supplied my card details there was nothing they could do apart from my filling in a claim form for 'Non fraud'.
