just energy came to or door,and led my wife to believe that if she switched all these discounts would be applied to her billing due to our disabeled son. She also led my wife to believe c.p.l. had overcharged us on usage. her first action was to request a current electric bill. she baited my wife with a number of porpoted discounts,playing on our sons disability. Only when the billing arrived did we discover these discounts were not as led to believe a part of just energys program,but programs to be applied for through seperate agency. This rep baited my wife with a sales pitch built on the hardship this family endures. while proably illeagel definately a scam
