I never authorized this company to take any money i looked at my statement and they took 30.00 from my account in the form of a check which i dont even use checks. I have called them at 18667661710 to get a representative that asked for my information and he said that they dont have my name in the system. I told him that they had to have something considering they took money from my account. i asked to speak to a superviser and he has had me on hold for over 20 mins. I will file a fraud claim and i refuse to hang up. I work in a call center so i can tell that he has me on mute waiting on me to hang up.
