I called on 8/13 2011 and ordered the Flex Seal. The two cans you get for $19.99 Plus S/H
I called today to inquire about my order. I was told they took out
$ 79.78 for two orders. When asked for the order to be changed, they were sorry. Talked to a Suppervisor, he was sorry too. To top it off they want me to pay to send the other two bottles back. (Money out of my pocket for their mistake) THIS IS JUST NOT RIGHT. NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR AN OVER DRAFT AT MY BANK BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE. I'LL NEVER ORDER LIKE THIS AGAIN.
I JUST ASKED FOR A REFUND AND IF THE BOTTLES COME HERE, I WILL RETURN THEM. THIS IS A RIP OFF. HAVE'N RECEIVED ANY THING BUT FRUSTRATION, AND MONEY OUT OF MY BANK.
