I ordered two products from a pop up add for Slimvida and a colon cleanse product as a free trial with £2.95 to pay for P&P each item. On arrival of items today a note says that my card will be charged £69.95 14 days from date of order or i can call customer services to cancel. Having called two different numbers neither of which answer, I am concerned that the money will be taken from my account on or around the 13th May as there is no other method to cancel the transaction to my knowledge. There is no mention of this certainly not clearly on their promotional ad and this can only be construed as false and inaccurate product advertising regardless of the product claims.
I therefore emailed both slimvida and the colon product and told tham I had been advised by my doctor not to take the pills I had a reply that they would cancel my subscriptions. however this month I find I have been charged again for a further supply I had posted back both of the products by registered mail. My crdit card company are now fighting them.
