I was getting $24.99 payments taken out of my bank account for 3 months, and I had no idea who was taking it out. Come to find out, it's Elite Excursions. Evidently they signed me up, without my knowledge, to a membership through US Bank. They refunded me the first two payments over the phone, but then said that I had to fax or mail in a refund request for the third payment refund. This is ridiculous! It's their mistake and I could sue them for this; but now I have to mail or fax something to get the money they took from me without my permission.
