I upgraded my membership on March 7, 2012 for $159 because they said that I could cashout faster instead of waiting to cashout at $25000. Then after upgrading they sent another email back saying that I need to pay the transfer fee of $200 and needed to send it within 10 days. They said if I did that I would be on the next payout list. However, when I contacted them back and told them that I had paid the transfer fee, supposedly for the paypal fees they said, I sent them the payment ID. They responded back saying I needed to pay the transfer fee again then I could get my " big payout." After filing a complaint with paypal, totally useless because they won't do anything to help you, Magic Ptr wrote me back saying that I didn't get my payout because I didn't upgrade my membership because I was a free member. So I'm submitting this report for fraud and false advertising.
