i ordered 2 "coach" purses and a "coach" wallet online from coachoutletonline.com. the products are horrible. i carried one purse for maybe a month before the handle broke, and the wallet's snap is barely hanging on. i haven't even taken the other bag out of the package. i would like my money refunded but cannot get anyone to return my calls or emails. this is a scam!
