AFTER LOOKING FOR AN ON-LINE LOAN, I DECIDED NOT TO BORROW ANY MONEY ON-LINE AND WENT TO A REGULAR LOAN COMPANY. THEN THIS UNKNOWN CHECK HIT MY BANK ACCOUNT, WITH A SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED BLOCK, THE WRONG BANK NAME, AND FROM THE SAIGON NATIONAL BANK. MY BANK GAVE ME A CONTACT NUMBER (IBC MARKETING , IBC GROUP (866) 402-9808, AN ASIAN LADY ANSWERED, TOOK MY INFORMATION , AND SAID SHE WOULD SEND ME A CHECK, WHICH I NEVER RECIEVED. I LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH MY BANK, BUT I LOST $616.00 IN BANK FEES.
