The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity

International boundaries
Between this three companys we have been scamed of $65,000 US supposedly to promote the sale of our Grand Luxxe property. The three scammers names are JAMES BROOKS, EMMA PALMER, AND ROSE THOMAS. All three were very convincing, Who do we contact now to get any fraud charges laid??
