I met Miss Stella Kwame of 178 Kanda Road Accra, Ghana, phone 233 271 66094, email [email protected]. via Yahoo messenger in July 2011, we chatted frequently till April 12th 2012 when Miss Kwame stated that her late father had left her two trunks stored at Provident Insurance & Security Co. Ltd. containing $18.5 million USD and needed my financial assistance to secure there release. Miss Kwame duly provided me with her late fathers last will and testament, and all other relevant documents to me and stated that they were authentic in every way, and also had Barr. I was not until Ria Financial Services Australia brought this matter to my attention on Tuesday the 19/6/2012 that they were aware of these people were known as total scammers. I have full documentation, and computer records available for the authorities to peruse
