I bought a joy babushka gucci bag from milandesigner .com and name of person is Blance. Up till now I have to received the bag or my money of $1050. I was given a USPS which I found out that does not exicist. I have no way of contacting milandesinger as they will not answer their phone.

The customer had purchased a purse from our company which had to special ordered for her from one of our supplier in Milan. Eventually, it took time since it was a purse that was two years old. Not easy to find. After, the purse was received, we sent the purse by USPS with tracking number. However, USPS lost her purse. We filed a claim since the purse was insured and we were waiting to hear from them. During, all this time, the customer was in touch with our customer representative and she was told about the whole process. From what i understand the customer was impatient and felt that she will never get her purse since time was passing by.At this time, the customer was refunded throuhg her bank and the claim with USPS cam through. Dear customer, please allows to remove the complaint since you have got your money back. It was not intent not to send you purse while we had your money

- Chilurae is 100% correct. Milan designer is a fraud. I had to cancel my card all because of them. the phone number they list on the website was answered by a lady who said that i have the wrong number! there was no tracking number for UPS just a phony email confirmation that is useless. They should be arrested and go to jail.
