I went to this auto dealership to purchase a new car from them. I saw on the internet that they had the car i wanted at a reduced price from $11,770 - down to $9670 and i just had to go there to get this car. My friend drove me there on 6/24/2012 and being Sunday, they didn't open until 1pm. Had a nice salesperson and we made out all of the paperwork on the car and i put down $1000.00 that very day to hold the car. My biggest complaint about this is that the offered DISCOUNTS were not posted on the internet and also NOT POSTED anywhere at the dealership as to where one could read this information. It was all said verbally by them and this is what i am really upset about. i came back on the 25th and i did sign all the paperwork to get this car without the discounts offered. They also had a coupon you could apply for and get a $500.00 discount from that also to use any way you wanted to - DISCOUNT REWARDS. Needless to say, i didn't get any of this at all as according to them, I didn't QUALIFTY for any of them in there VERBAL statements. This really needs to be posted in written communication and posted as to where one clearly see this information before they purchase a car from this company. I do have all of the paperwork to support this claim. Its a nice car even at the 11,770 price for a new car - but the extra discount's, would have made it a lot more enjoyable. this really needs to be checked into. thanks
