I was contacted by UK Holiday consultants,who claim they had a customer who wanted to by my time share for the sum of £7,000.They assured me that i would get the £1395 back,when the £7,000 had gone into my bank account.After paying this amount i have since found out that i have been conned.HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING MY MONEY BACK.

i take it that the £7k didnt ever go into your account then? when they took the money, what company came up on your statement?
they are conns, there is a website where you will see cold callers who are scam artists. dispute the transaction with your bank explaining the situation. -
