The Birkenstocks we've been waiting for arrived today from China and it's so disappointing they are not the same shoes that we ordered at all. They are a different cut, different colour, synthetic instead of leather and seem to be a terrible low quality Birkenstock knock off. There is no way to contact the seller to return them or even have a complaint heard.
